Questions we get asked a lot.

We ask for a minimum of one week’s notice. Weekends fill first, so earlier is better — and wedding cakes ideally a couple of months ahead. Short notice? Ask; if the diary allows, we’ll say yes.

Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Surrey. For London and outside Surrey we charge 45p per mile from Woking. Tiered cakes are set up at the venue. Collection from the kitchen is always free.

Yes — we offer tasting sessions on request. Just mention it in your enquiry and we’ll arrange a time.

A deposit secures your date; the balance is due the week of collection or delivery. Bank transfer is easiest.

Please tell us before ordering. We bake in a home kitchen where nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya, sesame, sulphites, lupin and celery are all present, so we cannot guarantee any cake is completely free from traces of them. Tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement in your enquiry and we will be honest about what we can and cannot make safely.

Send it over — inspiration photos are the best starting point. We'll design something in the same spirit that's yours rather than an exact copy.
